Firstly - congratulations! Finishing a book is a massive achievement, so allow yourself time to celebrate in the best way you see fit. You deserve it! Once you've come back down to earth and caught up on that sleep you're no doubt in desperate need of, you'll be thinking of the next step - editing. Ugh!! But never fear - this is the fun part! And I'm here to help you. There is nothing I like better than to help an author's words shine so his/her work can be the very best it can be.
I edit most fiction writing and particularly enjoy romance (all sub-genres), women's fiction, paranormal, and suspense/thrillers. I work in Word, using Track Changes so it is easy to follow and see any suggestions I may have made.

Due to time constraints, I don't offer Structural Editing, but I can send you the details of a couple of great editors whom I trust who may be able to assist you.
If you'd like to see if we'd make a good fit first before committing to working together, I'm happy to offer a sample edit of your work (up to 3000 words or the first two chapters) for no charge. Just send me an email through the contact page with your query and we'll get started.
Just in case you're wondering - Why 'The Accidental Editor'? ...
Once upon a time, I helped a friend with some editing work for her editing company. It snowballed and turned into a part-time editing business of my own, which to my delight I've discovered I love. I am now living my own happily ever after - both writing and editing!
Prices are in US currency and payment is made via PayPal after work is completed.
